Friendly staff, great breakfast, kids loved pool, good food options nearby, lovely Playa Conchal.

We loved the welcoming and friendly staff who provided us with lots of helpful information about the hotel and the neighborhood. The breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed having plenty of outdoor spaces to relax and hang out, such as the seating areas outside each room, picnic tables near the breakfast area and pool seating areas. Additionally, this hotel was conveniently located near the beach and the main highway, making transportation and parking easy.

When visiting a seaside location, staying close to the beach is crucial. This hotel's location is perfect to fulfill that requirement as it is just a short walk or drive away from the shore. The hotel offers comfortable rooms with clean bathrooms and good service. The breakfast is tasty and included with the stay. the hotel has a lovely pool area to relax in. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi is weak and sometimes unreliable. Despite that, it's a very pleasant budget-friendly option for travelers looking to be close to the beach.

The pool was a highlight and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff provided snorkeling gear and coffee in the room. The location is convenient for walking to nearby restaurants and a beautiful beach is within a short distance.

The WiFi connection was inconsistent and weak, only working properly outside the rooms. Noise from other guests playing loud music late at night was a disturbance, making it difficult to sleep.

Spent new year at a budget hotel and it was pleasant. Great location, easy walk to the beach. There’s a small market within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and it had a good working A/C.

The WIFI didn’t work at all, and the bathroom was not in good shape. There’s no hot water, and the shower wasn’t very clean.
